AWARDS ENTRY ENQUIRIES

NOTE

1. Keep information simple: When completing the form please avoid the use of acronyms and technical language that not all may understand. 


2. Any supporting evidence must have taken place since 1 January 2021. We are unable to accept any applications with supporting evidence prior to this date.

3. If your organisation has been subject to any prosecution that is either ongoing or led to a guilty conviction then we will not accept the application. Please ensure you submit an entry with high integrity.

4. To ensure the Women in Fire Safety Awards is equal opportunity all scoring is completed individually by the Panel. The criteria for scoring is outlined on each nomination form. Upon completion, all scoring is totalled and the nominee with the highest score will be awarded the award. The names of all judges can be found on the Women in Fire Safety website for transparency.
